Refund & Cancellation Policy

This policy explains how refunds, cancellations, and rescheduling work for digital products, coaching programs, and consulting sold directly by Vibeyoung. It works together with our Terms of Use and any written agreement for a specific program.

Overview

We aim to be fair and transparent. If you are within the eligible window and have not received the full value of a service, you may qualify for a refund or credit as described below. Refunds are issued to the original payment method where possible; timing depends on banks and card networks.

This page is your starting point. Individual order pages, checkout text, and separate statements of work can add product-specific rules that are stricter or more generous—when they conflict, the terms you explicitly agreed to at purchase usually control for that transaction.

Before you file a chargeback

Card disputes create overhead and can lock your access while the bank investigates. Email us first; most billing questions resolve faster with a conversation than with a contested charge.

How we think about refunds

Proportionality

If you used part of a bundle or downloaded core materials, a full refund may not match the value you already received—we prorate when fair.

Timelines

Cooling-off periods and acknowledgment targets keep everyone on the same calendar. Holidays and weekends may shift “business day” counts.

Original tender

We refund to the card or wallet you paid with, unless law or payment rails require another method.

Products and services covered

This policy applies to educational programs, challenges, digital downloads, and consulting packages purchased directly from Vibeyoung through vibeyoung.world or invoices we issue. Purchases made through third-party marketplaces or resellers are governed by those platforms’ policies.

Digital programs and materials

If you purchase access to a digital program that has not yet started, you may request a full refund within fourteen days of payment unless the product page at checkout stated a shorter or longer window or marked the offer as non-refundable.

After core materials have been delivered or the program start date has passed, partial refunds may be considered for unused portions of the curriculum, evaluated case by case. We may ask for brief feedback to understand what did not meet expectations.

Before start date

Full refund within the stated cooling-off period if no substantial materials were accessed beyond previews explicitly described as free.

After access

Partial refunds may apply if technical failure on our side prevented access for a prolonged period.

Consulting sessions

Single sessions rescheduled with at least twenty-four hours’ notice keep their value. Late cancellations or no-shows may be charged in full because the time was reserved.

If we cancel a session due to our availability, we will offer a full refund or reschedule at your preference.

Multi-part intensives or “day of” workshops may publish different reschedule rules in the product description—especially when venues, caterers, or guest experts are booked on your behalf.

Multi-session bundles

Unused sessions in a prepaid bundle may be prorated for refund if you discontinue for reasons outside our control, calculated from the date we receive your written request. Sessions already delivered or scheduled within the notice period are not refundable.

How to request a refund

Email touch@vibeyoung.world with your full name, purchase date, payment reference, and a short description of the reason. This helps us locate your transaction quickly.

Submit your request

Use the same email address you used at checkout when possible.

Confirmation

We acknowledge receipt within five business days and may ask clarifying questions.

Outcome

Approved refunds are credited to the original payment method within fourteen business days after approval, subject to banking timelines.

Processing and posting

Once your bank or card issuer processes the refund, it may take additional days to appear on your statement. We do not control intermediary processing times.

Chargebacks and disputes

If you initiate a chargeback, we may suspend access until the dispute is resolved. We encourage you to contact us first so we can address the issue without unnecessary fees.

Promotional and custom offers

Heavily discounted or promotional offers may be marked non-refundable at checkout. Custom or bespoke engagements may include separate cancellation terms in a signed statement of work.

Beta or pilot programs sometimes include explicit “no refund” language in exchange for a reduced price and early access. Those limitations apply only where clearly disclosed before payment.

Credits versus cash refunds

Sometimes a service credit is faster or fairer than reversing a card charge—especially if you plan to continue working with us. Credits typically apply to future invoices you authorize and may expire if not described otherwise in writing.

Cash refund

  • Returns money to original payment method
  • May take several business days to post
  • Preferred when you are done with services

Service credit

  • Held on your account for future purchase
  • Can simplify tax and bookkeeping for both sides
  • May be offered when partial value was delivered

Gifts, transfers, and subscriptions

If you purchase a gift enrollment, the recipient may need to accept an invitation and agree to these Terms and policies. Refunds for gifts generally return to the purchaser’s original payment method unless fraud concerns require otherwise.

For subscription-style products billed monthly or annually, cancellation stops future charges but does not automatically refund prior billing periods unless a cooling-off rule applies or we failed to deliver access.

Mandatory consumer rights

Nothing in this policy limits statutory rights you may have under the laws of your country or state of residence. If local law requires a longer cooling-off period or a different remedy, those requirements apply.
