Services, fees, and payments

Paid programs, consulting, and digital products are described at the time of purchase. Prices, taxes, and currency are shown before you confirm payment. We may change published prices for future purchases; existing orders are honored at the price agreed at checkout unless otherwise stated.

Deliverables, schedules, and cancellation policies are defined in your order confirmation or separate written agreement. Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.

Accounts and security

If you create an account, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us promptly of unauthorized use. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or pose risk to security.

Text, graphics, logos, layout, and course materials on this site are owned by Vibeyoung or used under license. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access content for personal, non-commercial use unless a separate license grants broader rights.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, publicly display, or create derivative works from our materials without prior written consent, except where fair use or similar exceptions apply.

Third-party links and tools

The site may link to third-party websites or embed tools. We do not control those services and are not responsible for their content or privacy practices. Your use of third-party services is at your own risk and subject to their terms.

Advertising and promotional communications

When we advertise online, including through platforms such as Google Ads in the United States, we aim to comply with applicable advertising policies and laws. Advertisements link to this site or approved landing pages that describe our services accurately. We do not use deceptive claims about health outcomes, pricing, or identity. Our offerings are wellness education and coaching; we do not advertise medical treatment or regulated medical devices.

Disclaimer of warranties

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Vibeyoung and its affiliates, officers, and employees are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, or goodwill arising from your use of the site or services.

Our aggregate liability for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the services will not exceed the greater of one hundred U.S. dollars or the amount you paid us for the specific service giving rise to the claim during the six months before the claim arose, unless mandatory law provides otherwise.

Indemnity

You agree to defend and indemnify us against claims, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from your breach of these Terms, misuse of the site, or violation of law or third-party rights.

Informal resolution

Before initiating formal proceedings, you agree to contact us at touch@vibeyoung.world and attempt to resolve disputes informally for at least thirty days.

Governing law and venue

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Alabama, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Subject to consumer protections in your jurisdiction, you agree that courts located in Alabama have exclusive jurisdiction, and you waive any objection to venue there.

If you are a consumer residing in the European Union or United Kingdom, nothing in these Terms limits mandatory rights you have under the laws of your country of residence. If a court finds a forum clause unenforceable for you, disputes may be brought in your local courts where the law allows.

Electronic communications and signatures

By using the site and providing an email address, you consent to receive transactional messages such as receipts, security alerts, and policy updates where appropriate. If you opt in to marketing, you may unsubscribe at any time as described in our Privacy Policy.

Where the law recognizes electronic contracts, clicking “I agree,” signing with an e-signature provider, or paying for a service may form a binding agreement to the version of these Terms in effect at that moment.

Force majeure

We are not liable for delay or failure caused by events outside our reasonable control, including natural disasters, war, terrorism, labor disputes, utility failures, or widespread internet outages. If such an event continues for an extended period, we may suspend or terminate affected services and refund prepaid amounts for undelivered portions where fair.

Miscellaneous

If any provision is held invalid, the remainder remains in effect. Failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. These Terms constitute the entire agreement regarding the subject matter and supersede prior discussions. You may not assign these Terms without our consent; we may assign them in connection with a merger or sale.

Sections that by their nature should survive termination—including intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnity, governing law, and dispute resolution—remain enforceable after you stop using the site or after an account is closed.
